We understand the concerns that can come with online purchases, and that’s why we’ve built a policy rooted in honesty, reliability, and after-sale support. When you choose Aan Watches, you’re not just buying a watch — you’re investing in a promise of quality, care, and integrity.

🛡️ Pre-Purchase Transparency

Before you make any commitment, you have the right to request real, detailed photos and videos of your selected watch. We want you to feel fully confident in what you're purchasing down to the finest detail.

No stock images. No surprises. Just honest, clear visuals of the exact piece you're interested in.

🔁 Post-Delivery: Warranty & Exchange Policy

Once your watch arrives, it is covered under:


  • 1-year warranty for the Master Quality Collection

  • 2-year warranty for the Swiss Elite Collection

These warranties cover any manufacturing defects or functional malfunctions.

Before removing any stickers or protective seals, please inspect the functionality and overall condition of your watch.

Once the stickers are removed, the watch is considered used and is no longer eligible for a refund or return.

If the watch shows a manufacturing defect upon inspection before sticker removal, you are entitled to one of the following options:


  • A full refund, or

  • An exchange for another piece of the same model, or

  • An exchange for a different model — if the new model is more expensive, you’ll only pay the difference; if it’s cheaper, you’ll receive a refund for the difference.

All exchange or refund requests must be made within 24 hours of receiving your watch.

In all cases, the watch must be returned to Aan Watches House for inspection. If the issue is confirmed to be a manufacturing defect, we’ll process your request immediately and at no extra cost.

✅ Key Conditions for Warranty & Refund Validity


  • The warranty applies only to manufacturing defects or internal malfunctions, not to accidental damage, water exposure (unless stated as waterproof), or general wear and tear.

  • The watch must be returned in its original packaging with all accessories provided.

  • Return shipping for verified warranty cases is fully covered by Aan Watches House — you won’t pay a single cent.

  • No restocking or handling fees apply for manufacturing-related returns.
