Watch Care Instructions
To ensure your watch continues to perform with precision and grace, please follow these essential guidelines.
Upon Receiving Your Timepiece
Before removing any protective stickers, gently inspect your watch and test the movement’s functionality. Once the stickers are removed, return or exchange eligibility may no longer apply. If you notice any irregularities or manufacturing defects upon delivery, please contact our support team immediately through WhatsApp or via our Contact Us page before taking any further action.
First Activation – Powering Your Automatic Watch
Every automatic movement requires its first mechanical charge. To power your watch, turn the crown clockwise, the same direction the hands move, for about 20 to 30 gentle rotations. Once the watch is running, set the correct time, then securely screw the crown back in to maintain its seal and protect against moisture.
Water Resistance
Aan Watches Master quality collection models are water-resistant, while Swiss Elite Collection is crafted with enhanced water proof, offering superior protection under everyday conditions. Even so, we recommend avoiding exposure to hot water, saunas, or extended swimming sessions to preserve the longevity of your timepiece.
Daily Handling & Adjustment
When adjusting the time, always turn the crown clockwise, from 8 → 9 → 10 — never in reverse. Avoid over-winding or forcing the mechanism, as precision movements deserve a gentle touch. Store your watch in a cool, dry place, ideally in its original box or a watch winder to maintain optimal performance.
Avoid Impacts
Protect your watch from shocks and impacts that could damage the movement or Scratch the Stainless steel.
A Note of Elegance
Each Aan Watch is a statement of craftsmanship and confidence. With proper care, it will remain a loyal companion for years to come, not just a timepiece, but a symbol of refined taste and timeless sophistication.
